Sampan Development Ltd is the land and construction arm of Sampan Group. We began in 2008 with a single plot along the Dhaka–Chittagong Highway. Today we sell land, run land-share (ojutangsho) projects and build apartments, a mall and highway destinations along the Dhaka–Chittagong Highway and in Ashulia.
We do this alongside the group's own businesses: hotels and motels, a restaurant and party centre, a resort, a super shop, filling stations and an education arm. That means our buildings sit next to operating businesses, not empty promises.
